Exchange and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing our customized gifts! Please read our policy carefully:

No Refunds

  • Due to the personalized nature of our gifts, we do not allow refunds.

Exchange Policy

  • If your gift breaks within 60 days of purchase, we will:
    • Remake the item if all pieces are returned.
    • Repair the broken piece if possible.
  • All pieces must be sent back for inspection to be eligible for an exchange.

How to Start an Exchange

  3. Important: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

  • Inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately to evaluate the issue.

Fastest Exchange Method

  • To get the item you want quickly:
    • Return the item you have.
    • Once we accept the return, make a separate purchase for the new item.
    • We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

Refunds

  • If your exchange is approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that processing times may vary with your bank or credit card company.
  • If you do not place a second order, the refund will not be issued.
