No Refunds
- Due to the personalized nature of our gifts, we do not allow refunds.
Exchange Policy
- If your gift breaks within 60 days of purchase, we will:
- Remake the item if all pieces are returned.
- Repair the broken piece if possible.
- All pieces must be sent back for inspection to be eligible for an exchange.

- Inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately to evaluate the issue.
Fastest Exchange Method
- To get the item you want quickly:
- Return the item you have.
- Once we accept the return, make a separate purchase for the new item.
- We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
Refunds
- If your exchange is approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that processing times may vary with your bank or credit card company.
- If you do not place a second order, the refund will not be issued.
